Zinc Sulphate USP

Composition: Zisulmet® Syrup: Each 5 ml syrup contains Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate USP equivalent to elemental zinc 4.05 mg.

Description: Zinc is essential for our body. Zinc deficiency leads to growth retardation, alopecia, dermatitis, diarrhoea, Immunologic dysfunction, failure to thrive, psychological disturbances, gonadal atrophy, impaired spermatogenesis and congenital malformations.

Indications: Zinc deficiency, Diarrhoea, for immune system development against respiratory tract infection, Malaria and for normal psychological and physiological development.

Dosage and Administration:

Children upto 30 kg: Half to two teaspoonful a day in divided doses depending upon the severity of the diseases or as directed by the physician.

Children over 30 kg & adult: Two to two & half teaspoonful 1 – 3 times in a day in depending upon the severity of the diseases or as directed by the physician.
